Owner
Mr. Gardner is a Wisconsin (Door County) and La Crescent, Minnesota native and former Marine. He learned tenacity, hard work, and <i>semper fi<i>, “always faithful,” from his time in the military. He earned his undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in pre-law/Paralegal from Winona State University in Winona, MN.
From there, he went on to work in a major law firm in St. Paul, MN. While working full-time, he attended and then graduated from William Mitchell Law School in St. Paul, serving on the Law Review, an honor bestowed on only a few legal students.
He has practiced primarily as a solo practitioner, which he enjoys because it permits him to ***

Trixie is a dedicated assistant to Mr. Gardner, serving as a legal assistant and technical consultant. She has a background in secretarial work, computers, and website design.
